Scientific American Worldview--a
magazine devoted to the future of biotechnology--has released its third
annual survey of the world's countries "with the best overall
capabilities to generate innovation in the biotechnology industry".
Canada ranked 4th among 48 countries, receiving high scores across all
five categories�IP (intellectual property) protection,
Enterprise Support, Intensity, Education/Workforce and Foundations.
